Jenny Sowerby Coaching

I help people create the space to think clearly, reconnect with their values and move forward with confidence.

My clients often come to me at moments of change - stepping into new roles, navigating difficult relationships or working out what’s next in their careers.

Before becoming a coach, I spent many years in marketing, working with senior leaders and complex teams. That background gave me a strong sense of how important trust, clarity and adaptability are when you’re trying to perform at your best.

My coaching style

Clients describe me as calm, structured, and non-judgemental. I create a safe space for open conversation, but I’ll also challenge you when it’s needed to keep things moving. I use a mix of approaches, but I always start with what’s right for you. More than anything, I believe coaching works best when it’s about deep listening, asking the right questions and helping you connect with what matters most.

How I work

My coaching is one-to-one, across sectors such as publishing, creative industries, finance and education. I meet most of my clients online, and can meet face-to-face where possible.

Ongoing learning

I’m qualified with a Level 7 Diploma - the highest level of coaching accreditation awarded by the Institute of Leadership and Management - and regularly take part in supervision and peer coaching. I’m also committed to my continual professional development, including further training in areas of interest that benefit my clients such as NLP, emotions coaching and group coaching.

Coaching has helped me transform the way I see myself. I’ve learned to quiet the negative voice in my head, recognise my strengths and finally believe that I deserve to grow.
